उदु॒ त्यद्द॑र्श॒तं वपु॑र्दि॒व ए॑ति प्रतिह्व॒रे । यदी॑मा॒शुर्वह॑ति दे॒व एत॑शो॒ विश्व॑स्मै॒ चक्ष॑से॒ अर॑म् ॥
उदु त्यद्दर्शतं वपुर्दिव एति प्रतिह्वरे । यदीमाशुर्वहति देव एतशो विश्वस्मै चक्षसे अरम् ॥
ud u tyad darśataṃ vapur diva eti pratihvare | yad īm āśur vahati deva etaśo viśvasmai cakṣase aram ||
English translation:
“That beautiful orb (of the sun) rises on the near margin of the sky as the swift, divine, white-coloured(steed) bears it along for the beholding of all men.”
