Rig Veda 7.66.13

ऋ॒तावा॑न ऋ॒तजा॑ता ऋता॒वृधो॑ घो॒रासो॑ अनृत॒द्विष॑: । तेषां॑ वः सु॒म्ने सु॑च्छ॒र्दिष्ट॑मे नर॒: स्याम॒ ये च॑ सू॒रय॑: ॥
ऋतावान ऋतजाता ऋतावृधो घोरासो अनृतद्विषः । तेषां वः सुम्ने सुच्छर्दिष्टमे नरः स्याम ये च सूरयः ॥
ṛtāvāna ṛtajātā ṛtāvṛdho ghorāso anṛtadviṣaḥ | teṣāṃ vaḥ sumne succhardiṣṭame naraḥ syāma ye ca sūrayaḥ ||
English translation:
“Accepters of rites, genitive rated for rites, augmenters of rites, fierce enemies of the neglecter of rites, maywe, as well as those men who are your adorers, be in (the enjoyment of) the highest felicity, all confirmed by you.”
Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya
Those men who are: teṣām vaḥ sumne succharidiṣṭame = of those of you in the most blissful opulence, or inhappiness, united with a most delightful dwelling, sukhatame dhane atyantaramaṇīya gṛhayukte sukhe vā
