त्वाव॑तो॒ ही॑न्द्र॒ क्रत्वे॒ अस्मि॒ त्वाव॑तोऽवि॒तुः शू॑र रा॒तौ । विश्वेदहा॑नि तविषीव उग्रँ॒ ओक॑: कृणुष्व हरिवो॒ न म॑र्धीः ॥
त्वावतो हीन्द्र क्रत्वे अस्मि त्वावतोऽवितुः शूर रातौ । विश्वेदहानि तविषीव उग्रँ ओकः कृणुष्व हरिवो न मर्धीः ॥
tvāvato hīndra kratve asmi tvāvato 'vituḥ śūra rātau | viśved ahāni taviṣīva ugram̐ okaḥ kṛṇuṣva harivo na mardhīḥ ||

English translation:

“I am (in dependence), Indra, upon the acts of such as you are, upon the liberality of a protector, hero,such as you; vigorous and fierce Indra, give us a dwelling for all our days; lord of bay steeds, do us no harm.”
