धू॒नु॒थ द्यां पर्व॑तान्दा॒शुषे॒ वसु॒ नि वो॒ वना॑ जिहते॒ याम॑नो भि॒या । को॒पय॑थ पृथि॒वीं पृ॑श्निमातरः शु॒भे यदु॑ग्रा॒: पृष॑ती॒रयु॑ग्ध्वम् ॥
धूनुथ द्यां पर्वतान्दाशुषे वसु नि वो वना जिहते यामनो भिया । कोपयथ पृथिवीं पृश्निमातरः शुभे यदुग्राः पृषतीरयुग्ध्वम् ॥
dhūnutha dyām parvatān dāśuṣe vasu ni vo vanā jihate yāmano bhiyā | kopayatha pṛthivīm pṛśnimātaraḥ śubhe yad ugrāḥ pṛṣatīr ayugdhvam ||
English translation:
“You agitate the clouds in the sky; (you give) wealth to the donor (of oblations); through fear of your approach the forests bow down; sons of Pṛṣṇi, you incense the earth when, for the purpose of (sending) water, you, fierce (Maruts), yoke your spotted steeds.”
