एकं॒ नु त्वा॒ सत्प॑तिं॒ पाञ्च॑जन्यं जा॒तं शृ॑णोमि य॒शसं॒ जने॑षु । तं मे॑ जगृभ्र आ॒शसो॒ नवि॑ष्ठं दो॒षा वस्तो॒र्हव॑मानास॒ इन्द्र॑म् ॥
एकं नु त्वा सत्पतिं पाञ्चजन्यं जातं शृणोमि यशसं जनेषु । तं मे जगृभ्र आशसो नविष्ठं दोषा वस्तोर्हवमानास इन्द्रम् ॥
ekaṃ nu tvā satpatim pāñcajanyaṃ jātaṃ śṛṇomi yaśasaṃ janeṣu | tam me jagṛbhra āśaso naviṣṭhaṃ doṣā vastor havamānāsa indram ||

English translation:

“Verily I hear you as chief among men, the protector of the good, friendly to the five classes of beings, the begotten, the renowned; may my (progeny), representing (their wishes), and uttering, his praises night and day, propitiates the glorified Indra.”
