Rig Veda 4.9.2

स मानु॑षीषु दू॒ळभो॑ वि॒क्षु प्रा॒वीरम॑र्त्यः । दू॒तो विश्वे॑षां भुवत् ॥
स मानुषीषु दूळभो विक्षु प्रावीरमर्त्यः । दूतो विश्वेषां भुवत् ॥
sa mānuṣīṣu dūḻabho vikṣu prāvīr amartyaḥ | dūto viśveṣām bhuvat ||

English translation:

“May that Agni, who is difficult to overcome, who is immortal, who is pre-eminent among men the descendants of Manu, becomes the messenger of all the gods.”
