Rig Veda 4.6.1

ऊ॒र्ध्व ऊ॒ षु णो॑ अध्वरस्य होत॒रग्ने॒ तिष्ठ॑ दे॒वता॑ता॒ यजी॑यान् । त्वं हि विश्व॑म॒भ्यसि॒ मन्म॒ प्र वे॒धस॑श्चित्तिरसि मनी॒षाम् ॥
ऊर्ध्व ऊ षु णो अध्वरस्य होतरग्ने तिष्ठ देवताता यजीयान् । त्वं हि विश्वमभ्यसि मन्म प्र वेधसश्चित्तिरसि मनीषाम् ॥
ūrdhva ū ṣu ṇo adhvarasya hotar agne tiṣṭha devatātā yajīyān | tvaṃ hi viśvam abhy asi manma pra vedhasaś cit tirasi manīṣām ||

English translation:

Agni, ministrant of the sacrifice, do you who are entitled to worship, be above usin this offering to the gods; for you prevail over all that is desirable; you inspire the praise of the worshipper.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Prevail over all that is desirable: viśvam abhyasi manma: manma = mananīyam śatrūṇām dhanam abhibhavasi, you conquer the desirable wealth of foes.
