Rig Veda 2.35.13

स ईं॒ वृषा॑जनय॒त्तासु॒ गर्भं॒ स ईं॒ शिशु॑र्धयति॒ तं रि॑हन्ति । सो अ॒पां नपा॒दन॑भिम्लातवर्णो॒ऽन्यस्ये॑वे॒ह त॒न्वा॑ विवेष ॥
स ईं वृषाजनयत्तासु गर्भं स ईं शिशुर्धयति तं रिहन्ति । सो अपां नपादनभिम्लातवर्णोऽन्यस्येवेह तन्वा विवेष ॥
sa īṃ vṛṣājanayat tāsu garbhaṃ sa īṃ śiśur dhayati taṃ rihanti | so apāṃ napād anabhimlātavarṇo 'nyasyeveha tanvā viveṣa ||

English translation:

“Vigorous, he has genitive rated himself as an embryo in those (waters); he is their infant; he sucks them; they bedew him (with moisture); the grandson of the waters of untarnished splendour has descended to this (earth) in the form of a different (fire).”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Has descended to this earth: anyasya iva iha tanyā viveṣa, has entered here, verily, with the body of another; the substantive, fire, is understood; i.e. fire originally ethereal, has come upon earth as culinary and sacrificial fire
