यु॒वोर॑श्विना॒ वपु॑षे युवा॒युजं॒ रथं॒ वाणी॑ येमतुरस्य॒ शर्ध्य॑म् । आ वां॑ पति॒त्वं स॒ख्याय॑ ज॒ग्मुषी॒ योषा॑वृणीत॒ जेन्या॑ यु॒वां पती॑ ॥
युवोरश्विना वपुषे युवायुजं रथं वाणी येमतुरस्य शर्ध्यम् । आ वां पतित्वं सख्याय जग्मुषी योषावृणीत जेन्या युवां पती ॥
yuvor aśvinā vapuṣe yuvāyujaṃ rathaṃ vāṇī yematur asya śardhyam | ā vām patitvaṃ sakhyāya jagmuṣī yoṣāvṛṇīta jenyā yuvām patī ||

English translation:

Aśvins, your admirable (horses) bore the car which you had carnessed, (first) to the goal, for the sake of honour, and the damsel, who was the prize, came through  affection, to you, and acknowledged your (husbandship), saying, "you are (my) lords".”
