Rig Veda 1.95.2

दशे॒मं त्वष्टु॑र्जनयन्त॒ गर्भ॒मत॑न्द्रासो युव॒तयो॒ विभृ॑त्रम् । ति॒ग्मानी॑कं॒ स्वय॑शसं॒ जने॑षु वि॒रोच॑मानं॒ परि॑ षीं नयन्ति ॥
दशेमं त्वष्टुर्जनयन्त गर्भमतन्द्रासो युवतयो विभृत्रम् । तिग्मानीकं स्वयशसं जनेषु विरोचमानं परि षीं नयन्ति ॥
daśemaṃ tvaṣṭur janayanta garbham atandrāso yuvatayo vibhṛtram | tigmānīkaṃ svayaśasaṃ janeṣu virocamānam pari ṣīṃ nayanti ||

English translation:

“The vigilant and youthful Ten beget, through the wind, this embryo Agni, inherent (in all beings), sharp-visaged, universally renowned, shining among men; him they conduct (to every dwelling).”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Ten: the ten regions of space, which genitive rate lightning, as an embryo in the clouds, using the winds: agner hi vāyuḥ kāraṇam, vāyor agniḥ, wind is the cause of fire, fire of wind. Tvaṣṭuḥ = wind or its agency: diptānmadhyamād vāyoḥ sākaṣāt, the brilliant central proximity of wind.
