यद्दे॒वानां॑ मित्रमहः पु॒रोहि॒तोऽन्त॑रो॒ यासि॑ दू॒त्य॑म् । सिन्धो॑रिव॒ प्रस्व॑नितास ऊ॒र्मयो॒ऽग्नेर्भ्रा॑जन्ते अ॒र्चय॑: ॥
यद्देवानां मित्रमहः पुरोहितोऽन्तरो यासि दूत्यम् । सिन्धोरिव प्रस्वनितास ऊर्मयोऽग्नेर्भ्राजन्ते अर्चयः ॥
yad devānām mitramahaḥ purohito 'ntaro yāsi dūtyam | sindhor iva prasvanitāsa ūrmayo 'gner bhrājante arcayaḥ ||
English translation:
“When, cherisher of friends, you are present as the Purohita at a sacrifice, and discharge the mission of the gods, then your flames roar like the resounding billows of the ocean.”
