The Garga-samhita Verse 6.17.36, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 17 (Shri Shri Radha and Krishna Meet at Siddhashrama and the Nature of Shri Radha’s Love Is Revealed) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

अद्योष्ण-दुग्ध-प्रतिपानतो ऽङ्घ्राव्
उच्छालकास् ते मम प्रोच्छलन्ति
मन्दोष्णाम् एवं हि न दत्तम् अस्यै
युष्माभिर् उष्णं तु पयः प्रदत्तम्

adyoṣṇa-dugdha-pratipānato 'ṅghrāv
ucchālakās te mama procchalanti
mandoṣṇām evaṃ hi na dattam asyai
yuṣmābhir uṣṇaṃ tu payaḥ pradattam

adyanow; uṣṇahot; dugdhamilk; pratipānataḥ—because of drinking; aṅghrau—My feet; ucchālakāḥ—boils; te—they; mama—of Me; procchalanti—manifest; mandoṣṇām—warm; evam—thus; hi—not; na—indeed; dattam—given; asyai—to Her; yuṣmābhiḥ—by you all; uṣṇam—too hot; tu—but; payaḥ—milk; pradattam—given.

English translation of verse 6.17.36:

When Śrī Rādhā drank that very hot milk, My lotus feet in Her heart became burned and that is why they are now covered with blisters. You did not offer Her warm milk. You offered Her milk that was far too hot.
