The Garga-samhita Verse 6.17.35, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 17 (Shri Shri Radha and Krishna Meet at Siddhashrama and the Nature of Shri Radha’s Love Is Revealed) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

श्री-भगवान् उवाच
श्री-राधिकाया हृदयारविन्दे
पादारविन्दं हि विराजते मे
अहर्-निशं प्रश्रय-पाश-बद्धं
लवं लवार्धं न चलत्य् अतीव

śrī-bhagavān uvāca
śrī-rādhikāyā hṛdayāravinde
pādāravindaṃ hi virājate me
ahar-niśaṃ praśraya-pāśa-baddhaṃ
lavaṃ lavārdhaṃ na calaty atīva

śrī-bhagavān uvāca—the Supreme Personality of Godhead said; śrī-rādhikāyā—of Śrī Rādhā; hṛdayāravinde—in the lotus flower of the heart; pādāravindam—the lotus feet; hi—indeed; virājate—are splendidly manifested; me—of Me; ahar-niśam—day and night; praśraya-pāśa-baddham—bound by the ropes of love and devotion; lavam—for a moment; lavārdham—or half a moment; na—not; calati—leaves; atīvaat all.

English translation of verse 6.17.35:

The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: Day and night My lotus feet stay in Śrī Rādhā's lotus heart. Bound by ropes of love and devotion, they cannot leave for a moment or even half a moment.
