The Garga-samhita Verse 5.24.85, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. यज्ञ-संस्कार-कर्तृणां
ब्राह्मणानां च पूजनम्
स दास्यति महा-राज
ग्रामाणां शतकं तदा

yajña-saṃskāra-kartṛṇāṃ
brāhmaṇānāṃ ca pūjanam
sa dāsyati mahā-rāja
grāmāṇāṃ śatakaṃ tadā

yajña-saṃskāra-kartṛṇām—of the performers of the yajna; brāhmaṇānām—the brāhmaṇas; ca—and; pūjanam—worship; saḥ—he; dāsyati—willgive; mahā-rājaO great king; grāmāṇām—of villages; śatakam—a hundred; tadāthen.

English translation of verse 5.24.85:

O great king, then he will worship the brāhmaṇas that performed the yajña and he will give them a hundred villages in charity.
