The Garga-samhita Verse 5.20.12, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 5 of Chapter 20 (The Liberation of Ribhu Muni During the Rasa-dance Festival) of Canto 5 (mathura-khanda).

परिपूर्णतमं कृष्णं
परिपूर्णतम-प्रिया
आनन्दाश्रूनि मुञ्चन्ती
प्राह गद्गदया गिरा

paripūrṇatamaṃ kṛṣṇaṃ
paripūrṇatama-priyā
ānandāśrūni muñcantī
prāha gadgadayā girā

paripūrṇatamam—the perfect Supreme Personality of Godhead; kṛṣṇam—Lord Kṛṣṇa; paripūrṇatama-priyāthe beloved of the Supreme Personality of Godhead; ānandāśrūni—tears of happiness; muñcantī—shedding; prāha—spoke; gadgadayā—choked up; girāwith words.

English translation of verse 5.20.12:

Shedding tears of bliss, Śrī Rādhā, the beloved of the perfect Supreme Personality of Godhead, spoke words choked with emotion to Lord Kṛṣṇa, the perfect Supreme Personality of Godhead.
