The Garga-samhita Verse 5.9.16, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 5 of Chapter 9 (The Happiness of the Yadus) of Canto 5 (mathura-khanda).

सद्यः प्रकम्पितः सिन्धू
रत्नोपायनम् उत्तमम्
नीत्वा तच्-चरणोपान्ते
निपपात कृताञ्जलिः

sadyaḥ prakampitaḥ sindhū
ratnopāyanam uttamam
nītvā tac-caraṇopānte
nipapāta kṛtāñjaliḥ

sadyaḥat once; prakampitaḥtrembling; sindhū—the ocean; ratnaof jewels; upāyanam—gift; uttamam—great; nītvā—bringing; tat-caraṇopānte—at Their feet; nipapāta—fell; kṛtāñjaliḥ—with folded hands.

English translation of verse 5.9.16:

At once the deity of the ocean appeared. Trembling, he offered a gift of jewels to Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma and with folded hands fell at Their feet.
