The Garga-samhita Verse 5.5.4, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. विस्मितस् तौ रथे ऽपश्यत्
पुनर् वारि स्थितौ नृप
ददर्श तत्र सर्पेन्द्रं
कुण्डली-भूतम् आस्थितम्

vismitas tau rathe 'paśyat
punar vāri sthitau nṛpa
dadarśa tatra sarpendraṃ
kuṇḍalī-bhūtam āsthitam

vismitaḥastonished; tau—Them; rathe—on the chariot; apaśyat—saw; punaḥ—again; vāriin the water; sthitau—standing; nṛpaO king; dadarśa—saw; tatra—there; sarpendram—the king of snakes; kuṇḍalī-bhūtam—coiled-up; āsthitam—situated.

English translation of verse 5.5.4:

O king, when he looked and saw Them both sitting on the chariot, Akrūra was very surprised. He looked again into the water and saw Ananta Śeṣa coiled again and again, . . .
