The Garga-samhita Verse 4.6.11, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. श्री-नारद उवाच
जन-वाक्यं ततः श्रुत्वा
दूतो वै चम्पका-पुरीम्
गत्वाथ कथयाम् आस
राज्ञे कारणम् अद्भुतम्

śrī-nārada uvāca
jana-vākyaṃ tataḥ śrutvā
dūto vai campakā-purīm
gatvātha kathayām āsa
rājñe kāraṇam adbhutam

śrī-nārada uvāca—Srī Nārada said; jana-vākyam—the words of the people; tataḥthen; śrutvāhearing; dūtaḥ—the messenger; vai—indeed; campakā-purīm—to the4 city of Campakā; gatvā—going; athathen; kathayām āsa—spoke; rājñe—to the king; kāraṇam—the reason; adbhutam—surprising.

English translation of verse 4.6.11:

Srī Nārada said: After hearing the people's words, the messenger returned to the city of Campakā and told the very surprising story to the king.
