The Garga-samhita Verse 3.2.13, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. श्री-नारद उवाच
व्याकुलं गोकुलं वीक्ष्य
गोपी-गोपाल-सङ्कुलम्
स-वत्सकं गोकुलं च
गोपान् आह निराकुलः

śrī-nārada uvāca
vyākulaṃ gokulaṃ vīkṣya
gopī-gopāla-saṅkulam
sa-vatsakaṃ gokulaṃ ca
gopān āha nirākulaḥ

śrī-nāradaḥ uvāca—Śrī Nārada said: ; vyākulam—agitated; gokulam—Gokula; vīkṣyaseeing; gopī-gopāla-saṅkulam—the gopas and gopīs; sa-vatsakam—with the calves; gokulam—the cows; ca—and; gopān—to the gopas; āha—said; nirākulaḥ—peaceful at heart.

English translation of verse 3.2.13:

Seeing the gopas, gopīs, cows, calves, and all of Gokula very upset, calm and peaceful Kṛṣṇa spoke to the gopas.
