The Garga-samhita Verse 3.1.8, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 1 (The Worship of Shri Giriraja) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

भयं भवेद् वै परमेष्ठिनो यतो
वार्ता तु क कौ किल तत्-कृतात्मनाम्
तस्मात् परं कालम् अनन्तम् एव हि
सर्वं बलिष्ठं सु-बुधा विदुः परे

bhayaṃ bhaved vai parameṣṭhino yato
vārtā tu ka kau kila tat-kṛtātmanām
tasmāt paraṃ kālam anantam eva hi
sarvaṃ baliṣṭhaṃ su-budhā viduḥ pare

bhayam—fear; bhavet—is; vai—indeed; parameṣṭhinaḥof Brahmā; yataḥbecause; vārtāmessage; tu—indeed; ka—what?; kau—on the earth; kilaindeed; tat-kṛtātmanām—of they who have done that; tasmāt—from that; param—greater; kālamtime; anantam—endless; eva—indeed; hi—indeed; sarvam—all; baliṣṭham—strongest; su-budhāvery wise; viduḥ—know; pare—others.

English translation of verse 3.1.8:

Even the demigod Brahmā is afraid of that, so what may be said of fruitive workers on the earth? They are are actually wise say that endless time is the most powerful, the supreme.
