siñjan-mañjira-nūpurau
nīla-pītāmbara-dharau
hāra-keyūra-bhūṣitau

kiṅkinīof tinkling ornaments; jalawith a network; samyuktau—endowed; siñjan-mañjira-nūpurau—with tinkling anklets; nīla-pītāmbara-dharau—wearing blue and yellow garments; hāra-keyūra-bhūṣitau—decorated with necklaces and bracelets.
