Uṉmattam (உன்மத்தம்) [uṉ-mattam] noun < un-matta.

1. Madness, infatuation, frenzy; வெறி. உன்மத்த மேற்கொண் டுழிதருமே [veri. unmatha merkon duzhitharume] (திருவாசகம் [thiruvasagam] 5, 7).

2. Stupor, induced by drugs or mantras; மயக்கம். (பிங்கலகண்டு) [mayakkam. (pingalagandu)]
