Source: Jainworld: Jain History (h)Suśarmapura (सुशर्मपुर) is the historical name for Nagarakoṭṭa, situated in the Dharmsala District of Himachal Pradesh. The Vijñaptitriveṇī by Jayasāgara in 1426 A.D. mentions Nagarakoṭṭa place as a Mahātīrtha and also calls it by the name Suśarmapura. It also mentions the great Śāntinātha temples-complex of this place. The same work also mentions the temples of Mahāvīra, Ādinātha and Nemināta of this place.
