The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.36.8

तन्मयस्यास्य विश्वस्य न स्वभावविकारिता ।
विद्यते प्रेक्ष्यमाणापि किमु सास्य भविष्यति ॥ ८ ॥

tanmayasyāsya viśvasya na svabhāvavikāritā |
vidyate prekṣyamāṇāpi kimu sāsya bhaviṣyati || 8 ||

The world also being of the form of the intellect (i.e. a formal representation of it); has no particular character or variable property assignable to it. It is seen to be existent, but having no particular feature of its own, it is not subject to any variation in its nature.
