The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 1.2.38; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

नवमे श्री-वैकुण्ठनाथोक्तौ (९.४.६७) —
मत्-सेवया प्रतीतं ते सालोक्यादि-चतुष्टयम् ।
नेच्छन्ति सेवया पूर्णाः कुतो’न्यत् काल-विप्लुतम् ॥१.२.३८॥navame śrī-vaikuṇṭhanāthoktau (9.4.67) —
mat-sevayā pratītaṃ te sālokyādi-catuṣṭayam |
necchanti sevayā pūrṇāḥ kuto’nyat kāla-viplutam ||1.2.38||
English translation
In the Ninth Canto of Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam [9.4.67], the Lord of Vaikuṇṭha speaks:
“My devotees, who are always satisfied to be engaged in My loving service, are not interested even in the four principles of liberation [sālokya, sārūpya, sāmīpya and sārṣṭi], although these are automatically achieved by their service. What then is to be said of such perishable happiness as elevation to the higher planetary systems?”
