Rig Veda 9.99.1

आ ह॑र्य॒ताय॑ धृ॒ष्णवे॒ धनु॑स्तन्वन्ति॒ पौंस्य॑म् । शु॒क्रां व॑य॒न्त्यसु॑राय नि॒र्णिजं॑ वि॒पामग्रे॑ मही॒युव॑: ॥
आ हर्यताय धृष्णवे धनुस्तन्वन्ति पौंस्यम् । शुक्रां वयन्त्यसुराय निर्णिजं विपामग्रे महीयुवः ॥
ā haryatāya dhṛṣṇave dhanus tanvanti pauṃsyam | śukrāṃ vayanty asurāya nirṇijaṃ vipām agre mahīyuvaḥ ||
English translation:
“They stretch the bow of manhood for the beloved courageous (Soma); (the priests) wishing to worship spread out the white filter for the mighty (Soma) in the presence of the sage (deities).”
Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya
In RV. 9.006.003, the ṛṣis are the two rebhasunus = son of Rebha. spread out the white filter: nirṇijam vayanti = they weave a garment
