Rig Veda 7.99.2

न ते॑ विष्णो॒ जाय॑मानो॒ न जा॒तो देव॑ महि॒म्नः पर॒मन्त॑माप । उद॑स्तभ्ना॒ नाक॑मृ॒ष्वं बृ॒हन्तं॑ दा॒धर्थ॒ प्राचीं॑ क॒कुभं॑ पृथि॒व्याः ॥
न ते विष्णो जायमानो न जातो देव महिम्नः परमन्तमाप । उदस्तभ्ना नाकमृष्वं बृहन्तं दाधर्थ प्राचीं ककुभं पृथिव्याः ॥
na te viṣṇo jāyamāno na jāto deva mahimnaḥ param antam āpa | ud astabhnā nākam ṛṣvam bṛhantaṃ dādhartha prācīṃ kakubham pṛthivyāḥ ||

English translation:

“No being that is or that has been born, divine Viṣṇu, has attained the utmost limit of your magnitude bywhich you have upheld the vast and beautiful heaven, and sustained the eastern horizon of the earth.”
