Rig Veda 7.32.16

तवेदि॑न्द्राव॒मं वसु॒ त्वं पु॑ष्यसि मध्य॒मम् । स॒त्रा विश्व॑स्य पर॒मस्य॑ राजसि॒ नकि॑ष्ट्वा॒ गोषु॑ वृण्वते ॥
तवेदिन्द्रावमं वसु त्वं पुष्यसि मध्यमम् । सत्रा विश्वस्य परमस्य राजसि नकिष्ट्वा गोषु वृण्वते ॥
taved indrāvamaṃ vasu tvam puṣyasi madhyamam | satrā viśvasya paramasya rājasi nakiṣ ṭvā goṣu vṛṇvate ||

English translation:

“Yours, Indra, is the vast valuable wealth; you cherish the middling; you rule over all that which is themost precious; no one opposes you in (the recovering of the) cattle.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Na kis' tva goṣu vriṇvate = goṣu nimitteṣuke api tvām na vārayanti, none resist or oppose you on account of the cows
