ए॒ना वो॑ अ॒ग्निं नम॑सो॒र्जो नपा॑त॒मा हु॑वे । प्रि॒यं चेति॑ष्ठमर॒तिं स्व॑ध्व॒रं विश्व॑स्य दू॒तम॒मृत॑म् ॥
एना वो अग्निं नमसोर्जो नपातमा हुवे । प्रियं चेतिष्ठमरतिं स्वध्वरं विश्वस्य दूतममृतम् ॥
enā vo agniṃ namasorjo napātam ā huve | priyaṃ cetiṣṭham aratiṃ svadhvaraṃ viśvasya dūtam amṛtam ||
English translation:
“I invoke for you with this hymn, Agni, the son of strength, the kind, the most knowing, the unobstructed;the fit object of sacred rites, the messenger of all the immortals.”
