तद्वो॑ दिवो दुहितरो विभा॒तीरुप॑ ब्रुव उषसो य॒ज्ञके॑तुः । व॒यं स्या॑म य॒शसो॒ जने॑षु॒ तद्द्यौश्च॑ ध॒त्तां पृ॑थि॒वी च॑ दे॒वी ॥
तद्वो दिवो दुहितरो विभातीरुप ब्रुव उषसो यज्ञकेतुः । वयं स्याम यशसो जनेषु तद्द्यौश्च धत्तां पृथिवी च देवी ॥
tad vo divo duhitaro vibhātīr upa bruva uṣaso yajñaketuḥ | vayaṃ syāma yaśaso janeṣu tad dyauś ca dhattām pṛthivī ca devī ||
English translation:
“Daughters of heaven, resplendent Dawns, I address you (as) the announcer of the sacrificer; may we be (the possessors) of celebrity among men, and may heaven and the divine earth perpetuate (it).”
