ईळे॑ च त्वा॒ यज॑मानो ह॒विर्भि॒रीळे॑ सखि॒त्वं सु॑म॒तिं निका॑मः । दे॒वैरवो॑ मिमीहि॒ सं ज॑रि॒त्रे रक्षा॑ च नो॒ दम्ये॑भि॒रनी॑कैः ॥
ईळे च त्वा यजमानो हविर्भिरीळे सखित्वं सुमतिं निकामः । देवैरवो मिमीहि सं जरित्रे रक्षा च नो दम्येभिरनीकैः ॥
īḻe ca tvā yajamāno havirbhir īḻe sakhitvaṃ sumatiṃ nikāmaḥ | devair avo mimīhi saṃ jaritre rakṣā ca no damyebhir anīkaiḥ ||
English translation:
“I, the instrumental tutor of the rite, worship you with oblations; desirous of your favour, I implore your friendship; grant, along with the gods, protection to him who praises you, preserve us with your well-regulated rays.”
