Rig Veda 1.131.6

उ॒तो नो॑ अ॒स्या उ॒षसो॑ जु॒षेत॒ ह्य१॒॑र्कस्य॑ बोधि ह॒विषो॒ हवी॑मभि॒: स्व॑र्षाता॒ हवी॑मभिः । यदि॑न्द्र॒ हन्त॑वे॒ मृधो॒ वृषा॑ वज्रि॒ञ्चिके॑तसि । आ मे॑ अ॒स्य वे॒धसो॒ नवी॑यसो॒ मन्म॑ श्रुधि॒ नवी॑यसः ॥
उतो नो अस्या उषसो जुषेत ह्यर्कस्य बोधि हविषो हवीमभिः स्वर्षाता हवीमभिः । यदिन्द्र हन्तवे मृधो वृषा वज्रिञ्चिकेतसि । आ मे अस्य वेधसो नवीयसो मन्म श्रुधि नवीयसः ॥
uto no asyā uṣaso juṣeta hy arkasya bodhi haviṣo havīmabhiḥ svarṣātā havīmabhiḥ | yad indra hantave mṛdho vṛṣā vajriñ ciketasi | ā me asya vedhaso navīyaso manma śrudhi navīyasaḥ ||

English translation:

“Will (Indra) be present at this our morning rite; be appraised, (Indra), of the oblation offered with (due) observances; offered with (due) observances for the sake of (obtaining) heaven; and since, wielder of the thunderbolt, showerer (of benefits), you know how to destroy the malevolent, do you, therefore, listen to the acceptable (praise) of me, intelligent, though a novice; (hear it from me) a novice.”
