उष॒स्तम॑श्यां य॒शसं॑ सु॒वीरं॑ दा॒सप्र॑वर्गं र॒यिमश्व॑बुध्यम् । सु॒दंस॑सा॒ श्रव॑सा॒ या वि॒भासि॒ वाज॑प्रसूता सुभगे बृ॒हन्त॑म् ॥
उषस्तमश्यां यशसं सुवीरं दासप्रवर्गं रयिमश्वबुध्यम् । सुदंससा श्रवसा या विभासि वाजप्रसूता सुभगे बृहन्तम् ॥
uṣas tam aśyāṃ yaśasaṃ suvīraṃ dāsapravargaṃ rayim aśvabudhyam | sudaṃsasā śravasā yā vibhāsi vājaprasūtā subhage bṛhantam ||
English translation:
“May I obtain, Uṣas, that ample wealth with confers fame, posterity, troops of slaves, and is characterized by horses; which you, who abount in riches and are the giver of food, display, (when gratified) by hymns and holy sacrifices.”
