Rig Veda 1.6.3

के॒तुं कृ॒ण्वन्न॑के॒तवे॒ पेशो॑ मर्या अपे॒शसे॑ । समु॒षद्भि॑रजायथाः ॥
केतुं कृण्वन्नकेतवे पेशो मर्या अपेशसे । समुषद्भिरजायथाः ॥
ketuṃ kṛṇvann aketave peśo maryā apeśase | sam uṣadbhir ajāyathāḥ ||
English translation:
“Mortals, you owe your (daily) birth (to such an Indra), who with the rays of the morning gives sense to the senseless, and to the formless form.”
Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya
