अधस्तान्नोपदध्याच्च न चैनमभिलङ्घयेत् ।
न चैनं पादतः कुर्यान्न प्राणाबाधमाचरेत् ॥ ५४ ॥

na cainaṃ pādataḥ kuryānna prāṇābādhamācaret || 54 ||
