The Garga-samhita Verse 6.15.35, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 15 (The Glories of Nriga-kupa and Gopi-bhumi) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

अनेन सु-कृतं भूमौ
क्षणवन् न कृतं क्वचित्
चित्रगुप्तेन सततं
धर्म-राजो व्यचिन्तयत्

anena su-kṛtaṃ bhūmau
kṣaṇavan na kṛtaṃ kvacit
citraguptena satataṃ
dharma-rājo vyacintayat

anenaby him; su-kṛtam—a pious deed; bhūmau—on the earth; kṣaṇavan—for a moment; na—not; kṛtam—done; kvacit—ever; citraguptena—by Citragupta; satatam—again and again; dharma-rājaḥYamarāja; vyacintayat—considered.

English translation of verse 6.15.35:

Yamarāja and Citragupta carefully reviewed the sinner's case and concluded that while he was on the earth the sinner had not for a moment performed even a single pious deed.
