The Garga-samhita Verse 4.7.10, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 4 of Chapter 7 (The Story of the Ayodhya Women) of Canto 4 (madhurya-khanda).

सदा कृतं यज्ञ-शतं त्वद्-अर्थं
दानं तपो ब्राह्मण-सेवनं च
तीर्थं जपं येन सु-साधनेन
तस्मै परं दर्शनम् एव देहि

sadā kṛtaṃ yajña-śataṃ tvad-arthaṃ
dānaṃ tapo brāhmaṇa-sevanaṃ ca
tīrthaṃ japaṃ yena su-sādhanena
tasmai paraṃ darśanam eva dehi

sadāalways; kṛtam—done; yajña-śatam—a hundred yajnas; tvad-arthamfor Your sake; dānamcharity; tapaḥausterity; brāhmaṇa-sevanam—service to the brāhmaṇas; ca—and; tīrtham—pilgrimage; japam—chanting mantras; yena—by which; su-sādhanena—spiritual practices; tasmai—to him; param—great; darśanam—sight; eva—indeed; dehiplease.

English translation of verse 4.7.10:

For Your sake again and again He performs hundreds of yajñas, gives charity, performs austerities, serves the brāhmaṇas, visits holy places, and chants sacred mantras. Because he is engaged in these spiritual activities, O Lord, please appear before him.
