तत्-कन्यकाः पद्म-विशाल-नेत्राः
पूर्णं पतिं त्वं मृगयन्त्य अरात्
सदा त्वद्-अर्थं नियम-व्रत-स्थास्
त्वत्-पाद-सेवा-विमली-कृताङ्गाः
tat-kanyakāḥ padma-viśāla-netrāḥ
pūrṇaṃ patiṃ tvaṃ mṛgayantya arāt
sadā tvad-arthaṃ niyama-vrata-sthās
tvat-pāda-sevā-vimalī-kṛtāṅgāḥ
tat—his; kanyakāḥ—daughters; padma-viśāla-netrāḥ—with large lotus eyes; pūrṇam—perfect; patim—husband; tvam—You; mṛgayantyaḥ—searching; arāt—from afar; sadā—always; tvad-artham—for Your sake; niyama-vrata-sthāḥ—following austerities and vows; tvat-pāda—Your feet; seva—service; vimalī-kṛtāṅgāḥ—become purified.
English translation of verse 4.7.11:
Their large eyes like lotus flowers, his daughters have been long searching for You, their perfect husband. To be eligible to serve Your lotus feet, they have purified their bodies with many vows and austerities.
