The Garga-samhita Verse 2.24.11, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 24 (The Story of Asuri Muni in the Rasa-dance Pastime) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

काश्चिच् छ्री-कृष्ण-सहितः
कन्दुक-क्रीडणे रताः
काश्चित् पुष्पैश् च हरिणा
क्रीडां चक्रुः परस्परम्

kāścic chrī-kṛṣṇa-sahitaḥ
kanduka-krīḍaṇe ratāḥ
kāścit puṣpaiś ca hariṇā
krīḍāṃ cakruḥ parasparam

kāścit—some; śrī-kṛṣṇa-sahitaḥwith Śrī Kṛṣṇa; kanduka-krīḍaṇe—in playing ball; ratāḥ—attached; kāścit—some; puṣpaiḥ—with flowers; ca—and; hariṇā—with Kṛṣṇa; krīḍām—pastimes; cakruḥ—did; parasparam—among themselves.

English translation of verse 2.24.11:

Some were attached to playing ball-games with Śrī Kṛṣṇa. Others played flower-games with Kṛṣṇa.
