The Garga-samhita Verse 2.23.2, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 23 (The Killing of Shankhacuda During the Rasa-dance Pastime) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

तत्-पुष्प-धाम-निचयैः
स्फुरत्-सौगन्धि-शालिभिः
सर्वासां हरिणा तत्र
कबर्यो गुम्फितास् ततः

tat-puṣpa-dhāma-nicayaiḥ
sphurat-saugandhi-śālibhiḥ
sarvāsāṃ hariṇā tatra
kabaryo gumphitās tataḥ

tat-puṣpa-dhāma-nicayaiḥ—with the many flowers; sphurat-saugandhi-śālibhiḥ—very fragrant; sarvāsām—of all; hariṇā—by Kṛṣṇa; tatra—there; kabaryaḥ—braids; gumphitāḥ—tied; tataḥ—then.

English translation of verse 2.23.2:

Lord Kṛṣṇa decorated all the gopīs' braids with the fragrant flowers there.
