The Garga-samhita Verse 2.2.14, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. त्वं हि गोवर्धनो नाम
वृन्दारण्ये विराजसे
त्वं नो गिरीणां सर्वेषां
गिरि-राजो ऽसि साम्प्रतम्

tvaṃ hi govardhano nāma
vṛndāraṇye virājase
tvaṃ no girīṇāṃ sarveṣāṃ
giri-rājo 'si sāmpratam

tvam—you; hi—indeed; govardhanaḥGovardhana; nāmanamed; vṛndāraṇye—in Vṛndāvana; virājase—shine; tvam—you; naḥ—of us; girīnām—mountains; sarveṣām—all; giri-rājaḥthe king of mountains; asi—are; sāmpratam—now.

English translation of verse 2.2.14:

You are named Govardhana. You are splendidly manifest in the world of Vṛndāvana and you are the king of all us mountains.
