Cidgaganacandrika 171 [Antarbahis Sthitacakra], English comparative study extracted from the two available commentaries—the Divyacakorika and the Kramaprakashika. आदिसर्गसमखण्डवर्जितस्वस्वरात्मरुचिचक्रगामिनि ।
व्यक्ततत्परतया स्थितं बहिस्तावकार्थरुचिचक्रमम्बिके ॥ १७१ ॥ādisargasamakhaṇḍavarjitasvasvarātmarucicakragāmini |
vyaktatatparatayā sthitaṃ bahistāvakārtharucicakramambike || 171 ||

[antarbahiḥ sthitacakra dvayasya adhiṣṭātri śakti]
Śakti, in individual form (vyaṣṭiśarīra) of manifestation, is the commander through the vowel “i” (prakāśacakra). In the aggregate form (samaṣṭiśarīra) she commands the sense of the same vowel. Thus in both inner and outer embodiments[1] she rules in her vowel (“i”) which equals the creative aspect starting from ā-āra and ī-kara of Khaṇḍacakra. Thus she commands the Svarātmaka and Arthātmaka Rucicakras.
