The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.13.129, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 129 of Madhya-khanda chapter 13—“The Deliverance of Jagai and Madhai”.

স্বভাবেই ধার্মিকে বলযে `কৃষ্ণ’ নাম এ দুই বিকর্ম বৈ নাহি জানে আন এ দুই উদ্ধারোঙ্ যদি দিযা ভক্তি-দান তবে জানি `পাতকি-পাবন’ হেন নাম ॥ ১২৯-১৩০ ॥

स्वभावेइ धार्मिके बलये `कृष्ण’ नाम ए दुइ विकर्म बै नाहि जाने आन ए दुइ उद्धारोङ् यदि दिया भक्ति-दान तबे जानि `पातकि-पावन’ हेन नाम ॥ १२९-१३० ॥

svabhāvei dhārmike balaye `kṛṣṇa’ nāma e dui vikarma bai nāhi jāne āna e dui uddhāroṅ yadi diyā bhakti-dāna tabe jāni `pātaki-pāvana’ hena nāma || 129-130 ||

English translation:

(129-130) “A pious person naturally chants the name of Kṛṣṇa, but these two do

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

not know anything other than sinful activities. If You deliver these two by awarding them devotional service, then I will know that You are Patita-pāvana, the deliverer of the fallen.

“Pious persons naturally chant the names of Kṛṣṇa, but these two are not candidates for accepting any good instructions and are only interested in sinful activities. If You can induce these two to chant the name of Govinda, then the glories of Your name, Patita-pāvana, will be protected and Your words will prove meaningful.”
