The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.2.40, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 40 of Adi-khanda chapter 2—“The Lord’s Appearance”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.2.40:

কৃপা-সিন্ধু, ভক্তি-দাতা, শ্রী বৈষ্ণব-ধাম রাঢে অবতীর্ণ হৈলা নিত্যানন্দ-রাম ॥ ৪০ ॥

कृपा-सिन्धु, भक्ति-दाता, श्री वैष्णव-धाम राढे अवतीर्ण हैला नित्यानन्द-राम ॥ ४० ॥

kṛpā-sindhu, bhakti-dātā, śrī vaiṣṇava-dhāma rāḍhe avatīrṇa hailā nityānanda-rāma || 40 ||

krpa-sindhu, bhakti-data, sri vaisnava-dhama radhe avatirna haila nityananda-rama (40)

English translation:

(40) The ocean of mercy, the giver of devotional service, and the shelter of all Vaiṣṇavas, Śrī Nityānanda Rāma, appeared in Rāḍha-deśa.
