Source: Wisdom Library: Dharma-samgrahaSattvārthakriyā (सत्त्वार्थक्रिया) or Sattvārthakriyāśīla refers to the “virtue of seeking the welfare of beings” and represents one of the “three kinds of virtue” (śīla) as defined in the Dharma-saṃgraha (section 106). The Dharma-samgraha (Dharmasangraha) is an extensive glossary of Buddhist technical terms in Sanskrit (e.g., sattvārtha-kriyā). The work is attributed to Nagarjuna who lived around the 2nd century A.D.
