Natyashastra (theatrics and dramaturgy)
Pralokita (प्रलोकित, “carefully looking”) also refers to a type of glance (dṛṣṭi), defined in the Nāṭyaśāstra chapter 8. Accordingly, the instructions for this glance are: “turning (eyeballs) from side to side”.

Natyashastra (नाट्यशास्त्र, nāṭyaśāstra) refers to both the ancient Indian tradition (shastra) of performing arts, (natya—theatrics, drama, dance, music), as well as the name of a Sanskrit work dealing with these subjects.
