Kṛtasaṃśuddhi (कृतसंशुद्धि) refers to “with a purgation having been performed”, and is mentioned in verse 2.9 of the Aṣṭāṅgahṛdayasaṃhitā (Sūtrasthāna) by Vāgbhaṭa.—Kṛtasaṃśuddhi appears as bkru-sman sogs btaṅ (“a purgative etc. having been administered”).
