The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

ज्योत्स्ना मुखेन्दुबिम्बेषु पक्ष्मलेक्षणलक्ष्मसु ।
स्रवत्स्नेहामृतापूरो हाससौहार्दभासनम् ॥ १८ ॥

jyotsnā mukhendubimbeṣu pakṣmalekṣaṇalakṣmasu |
sravatsnehāmṛtāpūro hāsasauhārdabhāsanam || 18 ||

It is moon shine in the nocturnal orb, and the glittering of glancing eye lids; it is the brightness of a smiling countenance, and the sweetness of tender and affectionate looks.
