The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

भिंडिं भिंडिं खिले मत्ता पुरुपिच्छिलिसालघम् ।
विविच्चलित्सदालोका लासो गुलुगुलुः शिली ॥ १६ ॥

bhiṃḍiṃ bhiṃḍiṃ khile mattā purupicchilisālagham |
viviccalitsadālokā lāso guluguluḥ śilī || 16 ||

He is not in the babbling and prattling of babes and boys, nor in the bawling of beasts and brutes, nor in the jargon of savages; but equally understood by all in their peculiar modes of speech.
