यस्मि॑न्दे॒वा वि॒दथे॑ मा॒दय॑न्ते वि॒वस्व॑त॒: सद॑ने धा॒रय॑न्ते । सूर्ये॒ ज्योति॒रद॑धुर्मा॒स्य१॒॑क्तून्परि॑ द्योत॒निं च॑रतो॒ अज॑स्रा ॥
यस्मिन्देवा विदथे मादयन्ते विवस्वतः सदने धारयन्ते । सूर्ये ज्योतिरदधुर्मास्यक्तून्परि द्योतनिं चरतो अजस्रा ॥
yasmin devā vidathe mādayante vivasvataḥ sadane dhārayante | sūrye jyotir adadhur māsy aktūn pari dyotaniṃ carato ajasrā ||

English translation:

“In him the gods find plural asure at the sacrifice; they seat themselves on the altar of the sacrificer. Theyplaced light in the sun; beams in the moon; and these untiring shed their light around.”
